Is eating about 15 minutes before you crash for the night? Seriously......my training in the eve falls to where Im having my PW shake about 730 and crashing about 930........so, my meal comes in about 900-915.......will the board hoard it as bf?
 
i used to eat b4 bed to gain weight and Capt. Kirk Karwoski used to leave food on his night stand and wake up not remember eating it and he was a rock. i think u should be ok.
 
Captain Kirk from Star trek??? Lol............what do you eat and stats? In search of the perfect pre-bed meal with my PEANUTSSSSSS!!! I was thinking of a nice thick ANPB and jelly sandwhich on 100% whole wheat...........wonder if itll put too much fat on me........
 
thats the hardest route to take, you might want to go all protein before bed and maybe a tablespoon or so of peanut butter to slow it down.
 
right now I take in 30g of casein (in skim), 250 dry curd cottage cheese, and 4-5 handfulls of roasted peanuts.........
 
sounds good to me. i was exactly your ht. and wt. when i was 18 and i've gone as high as 302lbs. when bulking. once you're in your mid-twenties, your metabolism slows down and it's easier to put on muscle. squatting alot will also help.
 
At what fat %??? What are you goals now? stats and diet like????? I hate it when people say DONT LOSE YOUR ABS!!!! Makes me want to turn back!
 
i was pretty thick at 302, but i was benching over 500 raw back then, i'm around 10-12% bf now @242.
 
i don't do anything special, i don't eat fast food, ever; maybe one carbonated drink a day, me or my gf cook every meal........i don't drink alcohol, i just eat well balanced meals.
 
for me eating before bedtime is critical!

i like to stuff myself with these options:

1) 8 eggs (only 2 yolks)
2) 2 chicken breasts
3) 1.5-2 cans of tuna
4) 4-6oz lean steak

half the food i chew very thourougly..
the other half i swallow like a hungry dog.

How close to bed are we talking? No carbs?
