You fuckers say ur on a bulking cycle yet u say for example u go to mcdonalds and order 2 chicken sandwhiches but only eat one bun!!!! I mean cmon bulk fuckers!!! Get ur body fat in the teens for christ sake...ITS FUN!!!!! Order double cheeseburgers...there greeeeat!! ok ok im sorry..i just love fast food.
 
Yeah after reading comments like yours on bulking diets I ate tons of food regardless of type theorizing that it's extra calories for building...

I got fat basically, so I don't believe in that. Clean eating with extra calories only from now on.

on a side note I stopped at checkers on the way home yesterday and ordered Screamin' Chicken Strips, 2 Champs w/ cheese (1/4 lb), and seasoned fries washed down with a large coke.

I had to roll around on the floor like a beached whale for about 15 minutes afterwards before I could even think about going to the gym. :D
 
I didn't mean in getting fat, I just meant in eatting what you want, I don't put that much much extra fat on even when I splurge.............lucky me.
 
I have really high metabolism so I can eat what ever I want. It kinda sucks though because when I bulk, I have to eat like 7000 cal per day. Triple Cheeseburgers everyday.
 
As Lee Priest said " There is no overtraining, just UNDEReating"

Personally, I eat everying I can when bulking, I just make sure to get 300-400 grams of protien ed.
