You can bulk with BK, Mc D's, Subway, because eventhough some of the ingridients carry saturated fat you are still getting your carbs and protein from the mean and buns. If you are really on a hardcore bulking diet it will be too hard to bulk clean, but if your idea of bulking is taking in 3.5K calories you can do that easily without cheating.
Stay away from cakes, pies, or desserts that will just set you back when your cutting, and make you look like shit.
