how come u fuckers dont eat!!?

Holy, that's alotta carbs for a 12" sub, especially when I've downed 3 footers in a hour and half. (blame it on the eq)
 
Not by my program....

The MuscleNow diet says to go to a higher calorie intake (bulking) in proper proportions. As long as you're growing in the chest and arms, you're fine. I only have to up by 500 cal/day increments until the desired effect starts.

Finished bulking. Got up to almost 200 lbs. Cutting now and am in the 185 range. When I get my bodyfat back to where it should be, I'll add 1,000 cal/day back in and see how I look in a couple weeks. That will better tell me how much muscle I put on when I'm eating for hard training.

If I just ate like a pig, I'd just get fatter faster.
 
I think we all gotta do what we gotta do to put on some extra pounds. Everyone's metabolism and bodytype is different, and just like how some people react differently to certain types of gear, why should it be any different with food, with food being much more important than steroids.

Look at Lee Priest. He looks like a fat pig in the off-season (as do some other pros) but its a temporary condition. Personally, I don't mind eating some "junk" food for 4 months or so and eating clean the rest of the year. Most Americans eat "junk" food all year long and so I figure I am doing infinately better than they are. Fat is an anti-catabolic and temporarily holding some extra BF will allow anyone to put on some LBM as less muscle will be used for energy. Come time to lean out, it pays off. :)
 
Damnnn a lot of replies...well i usually do try to eat clean but prob about once a week ill down gorgeous cheat meal. peace
 
You can bulk with BK, Mc D's, Subway, because eventhough some of the ingridients carry saturated fat you are still getting your carbs and protein from the mean and buns. If you are really on a hardcore bulking diet it will be too hard to bulk clean, but if your idea of bulking is taking in 3.5K calories you can do that easily without cheating.

Stay away from cakes, pies, or desserts that will just set you back when your cutting, and make you look like shit.
 
once i ate a whole cow in one sitting, during bulking of course, and just to get all the carbs i need i also ate a bucket of calf feed.

my arms grew 1 inch in 3 hours... you all should try this some time:p
 
Yea just eat clean food, Im bulking right now, and I would never think about eating at MC D's.
