Man that pose of him standing up like he's trying to ballet is sweet. I like them bi's.

Serge would vanish when he would pose to the front. That is why you would always see him pose to the side on stage, or even in pics. But if he had maybe 10-20 more lbs of lean mass, he would have been a threat back then. He was a tv star, and model in France, and he built his body to cater to that.

Frank Zane was the king of rip! Not very big, but his level of body fat gave him an illusion of being much bigger than he was. I like how he can be a realistic role model for someone to look up to.

Arnold, now that guy was the king. He had a beautiful body. If I had to look like one guy body wise, it would be him or Lou Ferrigno circa 74 and 75. In my own opinion, that was perfection. In fact all of these bros mentioned in these posts were 'perfect'. Big, cut, like statues come to life! And no pregnant guys back then either. Ahhh the golden days of the sport... if only I had a time machine....

I'm going for the Lou F. look simply because his mass looked godd on him & I am also 6'5". His weight fromt the 70's is just up around the bend for me, I think I can make it in a couple more years. I'm at 255 right now & plan to hit around 265-270 within the next 4-6 weeks but, I'm also around 10%BF.

They really were the Golden days of the sport. And I doubt in those days that your average joe would assume they were on anything. So people on the street would say "wow he must spend his life in the gym", opposed to what you might hear today "he's sticking a needle in his ass".
