How cleanly do you bulk?

just curious....

pretty clean for the most part here but often i think i should throw in some dirty cals.

i always freakin plateau at a certain weight
 
I eat 6000-7000 calories when I bulk. That means incorporating burger king and mcdonalds into it sometimes when I dnt have access to clean meals...
 
I bulk as cleanly as possible. I try and avoid bloat an dextra fat as much as I can. I mainly do this to avoid stretch marks, which are a bitch to me.
 
throw in the dirty cals post workout only. high glycemic carbs and lots of protein.

for instance, a 3/4 lb cheeseburger or all meat pizza with 12 hot wings.

on none training days focus on high fat high protein sources e.g. steak, whole eggs

fishy fish like salmon ( stay away from tuna)

if you are not lactose intolerant, drink a gallon of 1% milk a day.

as far as carbohydrates, whole wheat pasta, long grain brown rice, oatmeal &

sweet potatoes. have a few slices of really hardy whole wheat bread.

snack on natural peanut butter ( no hydrogenated shit ) almonds, low sugar

yogurt and whole wheat crackers.

eat 6 - 7 times a day and minimize shakes
 
how much fat is to much to take in a day. my goal is 95g or less for each day, 200g of carbs, and 250g of protein.

relative to your stats thats fine bro. you could go a little higher on the

fat provided of course it's *good* fat.
 
for the most part it is clean. i throw in more cheat meals that is for sure.

i am in the 5000 cal range. i am not a hardgainer. i just look at cals (carbs specifically) and I blow up so I cant do 6000-7000 cals though i outweight many of those guys that do that much by quite a bit.

7000 Cals a Day?? Holy Sh*t!! I would love to see what you eat in a day. Would you mind sharing?? I have a hard time eating 4K while bulking. Between Home, Gym, Work, Kids, etc. I'm lucky to even hit 4K.... If you would share that would be great!

XL Pizza - 12 slices of chicken pizza

6 chicken burgers McDonalds

5 lbs chicken wings from duffs

Do you cheat everyday just to reach 7,000 calories?
 
I eat ice cream, a lot

that's only like 2800 calories. I lose weight on that much.
 
I don't bulk. I grow.

Eating for sheer body weight and mass will only result in fat. If you are going to eat, why not make the most of it and utilize it the best you can. Also, you can get needto's book and premake your meals and then you will have clean food that is tasty and good for you all week long.

Thats why I clean bulk. I eat extra calories, but not like 2000 more than I need to.
 
Hell, I've been getting around 3000 a day. Maybe some days I'll hit 3500. but not very often and I have gained 22lbs in 7 weeks on 100mg test p EOD. Should be an even 25lbs and the end of my 8 weeks. I would guess only 5lbs of fat.

Like Guardian, I am not a hard gainer what so ever as you can see from my 255lb weight!!

For me bulk diets were "see food" diets,,,,eat your planned meals and shakes,,PLUS EVERYTHING else you see.
