should i be depressed or not?
im in my 4th week of pct containing, hcgenerate, post cycle and nolvadex.
have lost 4 kg already.
the strenght is down a few reps.
have keep my calories about 100 cals below what i ate on cycle so nothing wrong there, training is intense.
followed a 250iu hcg 2 times a week the whole 8 week cycle.

give me some opinions on whats is going on....

If your cycle was of the "wet" kind you'll lose the water no matter what. It is the lean mass u want to keep anyway. What was your cycle and how much did u gain from it?

this is your problem. while your "on" your protein synthesis is through the roof (which means if your diet doesn't change at all you'll get more out of it while on than off), when you come off it declines. therefor you need to eat even more to maintain the extra mass you put on during the cycle.

it's as simple as that. if you're training just as hard, but not eating as much (need's to be more actually as i stated before) what do you expect to happen?
 
^^^ Yep! same thing i've been preaching for years, and a solid foundation has alot to do with it also.

ok, so thats what ive een doing wrong then.
my intake was about 3600 cals on cycle and now between 3400-3500 cals....would it be too late to start increase my cals to 3600?

my cycle was "a wet one", 500mg test for 8 weeks.
started from 86 kg morningweight to 94 kg morningweight.

today ill start increase my cals.

my nutriens is 35%protein 45% carbs and 20%fat.
i guess i have to blame myself:(
 
it's never to late. more protein less fat. it's no big deal man, but you should go up to 4,000. i weigh less than you and i still require more than 4,000 just to maintain so that should tell you something. calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate from an online calculator and go from there bro.

do u guys think ive lost much on this, i has been like this for 3weeks.
im so depressed now.

i only want to gain back my strenght and get back some of my pump that i ussuly have when i was off.

how long after a cycle can i start to cut up?

ill take propper time off offcourse, wont do another cycle until 5 months or so.

still got some dieseil/tren tfo at home.
would it be a bad idea to do a little bulker in 2 monhts?

I think that with again of approximately 18 lbs in so short time it is reasonable to expect a large part of it to be water so don't be too depressed about shedding that. Also i think upping your cals as stated above is a good idea. You can keep a good part of your real gains in lean bodymass but the water is coming off no matter what.

thanks bro, getting a little more in a good mood now.
but i still feel that this cycle was a disapointment, but well...better luck next time.

regarding the diesel/tren tfo stack, doing s hort 4 week bulker 1-2 months after finished pct, bad idea?

or should i just recover and start a cut in 3 monhts?
when would i maybe be recovered to loose a few lbs?
 
definitely do time on = time off. i personally include pct in that time frame as well, but i only do one cycle a year anyway.

do not use the diesel and tren tfo until you've met the time requirement. i would save those to add to your next cycle if i were you. since it will be a cutter i think that any water weight the diesel might bring will probably be very small and you can keep it under control with diet and your ai. the tfo of course will help as well.

don't shut yourself down between the two cycles. make a full recovery and you'll be much better off.

p.s.
you can get your hands on some creatine and a good pre workout to get some of that weight/strength/pump back. i personally like PP's monohydrate creatine. amp02 is a good preworkout, but i'm bout to pick up some hemo rage to try out.
