How can I get a bigger chest ?

I have been working out for years and am having a tough time developing a decent sized chest.
Any recommendations ?
My typical chest workout consits of:

3 sets incline barbell: 10,8,6 reps
3 sets incline dumbell fly: 10,8,6 reps
3 sets flat bench Hammer Strength: 10,8,6 reps
Finish with dips or cables.

Try going heavy for awhile. Try to get 4-6 reps@ 6 sets for the first chest exercise. For the second try to get 6-8 reps @ 5 sets. Third set do 8-10 reps and do 3-4 sets. It appears you might not be doing enough work to get the chest to grow. Also consider doing db presses or weighted dips first in the routine.
 
with this routine you will probably never develop your chest .

only 12-15 sets ????

I had the same problem and when I started doing 20 - 25 sets for chest , including compound movements and drop sets my chest startet to grow a LOT

I disagree. Everyone is different. To me 20-25 sets is overtraing. I do 10-12 and quite honestly after that I'm completely shot...couldn't even think about doing another set. It's all about intensity
 
I agree with gilly - there's no way that I could do 20-25 sets for chest. If you can do 25 sets of chest then you aren't doing your first 10 sets with any intensity.

I will however agree with compound movements and drop sets.
