i've just started a norandro cycle using ergopharm's norandro spray, using 10 sprays before my workout in the morning and 10 sprays after my shower in the evening.
at the moment, i'm applying the spray 30 mins before my morning workout. i then workout for an hour and take a shower.
my question is, will i be washing away the norandro i applied before the workout when i take my post workout shower, or would it have been absorbed by then ?
or would i be better off just applying the spray after my post workout shower ?
any help would be much appreciated!
