hey all, have seen mentioned a couple times on posts that you can use unsalted peanuts as a good fat/protien source..but not too many...just wanted to find out anyones opinion

However, if you are already tipping the carb scale (reaching around 15g a day without the peanuts) do not add them as you run a chance of getting kicked out of your ketogenic state.
