How am I doing on 3x5?

Well you are not lifting heavy, i know you just started but what do you expect within a moth ? You propably started easy and havent build up lifts. You must lift heavy !! If these lifts feel hard for you then your form sucks, read some stickis to get proper muscle control. Youre 6'2 180 lbs guy, when you finish this you must squat atleast 200lbs. And youll see plenty of development, after practice take 2 bananas and a shake and eat eat eat.

Give it 2-3months but you should see leg development already, if not lift heavier, dont worry

Also before going to the gym leave shake for the night or drink it with plenty of carbs before practice. It's a night and day with without and with carbs.

I agree, I wouldn't expect to see much muscle gain with the numbers you're putting up right now, they need to get A LOT higher...
 
From now on, add 5lbs to squat every workout until it starts feel like you doing something and 10lbs to deadlift until they slow down and starting to feel hard. 2,5lbs-5lbs to OHP and bench and row. It's you call after all and you must decide. With bench be conservative.
