How about this?

Thinking of doing something new. I like to do a 4 splitt 2 days on one day off ala Dorian Yates.
But I was thinking doing a 3 splitt 2 days on one day off.

Mon: Back,bi
Thue: Legs
Wed:off
Thu:Chest,shou,tri
Friday:Back,bi
Sat:off
Sun: Legs
etc etc.

Any good or no?
 
after a back session my hams would be too fatigues for legs the next day, and it would mean doing DL one day then RDL a day after which is bad for CNS

Chest/Shldr/Tri(A)
off
Back/bis(A)
Legs(B)
off

The next week you start with Chest/shldr/tri and that gets hit twice that week. The next week you start off with Back/bis and that gets hit twice that week. Have two different days for each body part split and alternate. This is a great four day split.

i like that... im presuming deadlifts on back day, and leg day B a more of a dynamic effort and somthing like lunges added as opposed to leg A mainly heavy squats?...

That one might be even better. The idea was to hit each bodypart e5 day. Thats the time Im no longer sore. Could I still do 2on/2 off or should I take the weekend off. I will be doing a test cycle on this one. What do you mean by (A),(B) workouts? Is it possible to incorporate an arm workout in there? Sunday maybe?

By (A) and (B) I mean to have two separate workouts for each day. That way you can cycle through them instead of repeating Mondays workout on Friday.

It's basically the DC three way split minus the rest-pause and widow maker sets.
 
I really like that split. Gonna do some resarch and find out more on this type of training.
(A) Legs
Squat
hack squat
lunges
stffed leg deadlift

(B) Leg press
Squat
leg ext
leg curl

This is just a rough copy,but something like this? Should I change reps?
Is there a reload,deload in there?
Or could I just research DC training and find info there?;)
