House party
Age range - 25 to 35
In the city/suburbs.


Short Story:  
Found an old friend online, talked on the phone, found out he moved back here (within 20 minutes). I wanted to see if he wanted to go fishing sometime, he invited me to his house party. I don't want to go, but if I blow him off again (like I did last time(s), years ago), we'll definitely never speak again.

I couldnt imagine that they wouldnt have any alcohol there. I dont know what kind of people they are, so if they are partiers then you get a 30 pack of some light american beer, haha. I doubt they will be expecting you to bring anything.

He didn't specify if it was BYOB.
I think I'll bring a case of Heineken.
I think that's what the SUV drivers are drinkin'.
If I see a ZIMA, I'm gonna open fire.

I have gone through periods in my life. But, you have to go! You will have fun. Just talk to people like you do here. Don't be the first person there. (be fashionably late) Have a couple drinks to be comfortable and more outgoing. (do not get wasted) Finally, the whole time.

There has been plenty of parties where I did want to go, but once I did end up going, I had a drunken blast with people I didn't even know!
