Hot Tip About Vitamins??

One of my roommates told me he takes all of his vitamins at night as recommended by his doctor. The reason being if you take them all in the morning...youll use them up during the day. If you take them at night, you use some of them at night while rebuilding, and still have them left over for the following day. I know the only tip the bottle gives you is to take them after a meal w/plenty of water. Anyone ever heard or agree with my roommate's doctor's theory?
 
I take a multi 2 times a day. 1 in morning and 1 at night. (i take the 1 a day). 1 in morning and 1 at dinner. The vitamins only stay in your body i heard for like 4-6 hours. So if you're sleeping by the time you wake up they'll be used up. Or if you start running around in the morning and afternoon i'm sure you'll be depleted in some minerals by night time. I think it's better to take 2 doses.
 
you do not always piss out what you don't need. Fat soluble vitamins are not just "pissed out" and they can become toxic. Same w/ some minerals, you can become hypercalcemic, hypermagnesia, hypo/hyperkalemic etc etc etc. you just don't piss out what ever you don't need. Not always. Even some water soluble vitamins like the C's and B's can become toxic.
