Itd be improbable that it would occur in breast tissue given the anatomy and enlargement of just the breasts especially bilaterally.

Just would have to be a severe case of some breast tissue dysfunction gone wrong. No clue, like Punkie Brewster had to have breast reduction surgery b/c of a breast condition
