Hot Flashes

Hi All. Has anyone else experienced hot flashes whilst on TRT? I first thought that these fever type feelings might be from my cold/flu that I have, but it struck me that the hot flashes/fevers started after I started taking Nolva for E sides...Could these be from E/hormone levels now fluctuating??

Anyone experience similar or have info?

Peace

I've never used nolva for E instead i've used arimidex. I got fever like symptoms when I used sustanon for like 3 days. May I ask why did you chose to use nolvadex for ani E?

Thanks for the replies guys:

@caribeman: I chose Nolva before I knew the difference between an AI and an E antagonist. Had already ordered the product so I will finish it first and then go on a proper AI, but I understand that Letro could be a bit strong...
@avaric3: See above :)

Yes letro is a bit strong and I do not suggest you take it. I am not sure of the 1/2 life of the nolva but 1 recommendation is to stop taking it and order arimidex. aromasin or anatrozole and take it from there. I dont believe on taking something "just cause".

I understood that the half life of Nolva is 24hrs, that's why it must be taken on a daily basis...

I agree with you regarding the "just cause" statement, but hey, this is me making mistakes :) I'm here to learn...

But, back to the original question, nobody experienced the hot flashes thing then? Must be my Bronchial Pneumonia that the Dr diagnosed....

Cheers

I rotate in Nolv with the Arimidex for a few months in the year because it helps maintain size of the boys and increases libido for me. My TRT doc thinks that is wacko but it works for me.

We learn something new everyday :) but no, I've never experienced the hot flashes.

Schweet, thanks Caribeman.

As a side note, Dr put me on 2gms 2*day for 1 week antibiotics to try and clear up this infection thingy that I have, damn, those pills are so big they look like suppositories... :)

on an hrt dose , no i've never experienced hot flashes but this happens to me when blasting with at least 500mg or more after the first couple of weeks when all my sex hormones test estro and dht are fluctuating sometimes i feel ill for a couple of days but it'll go away fast.

I have experienced terrible hot flashes when on Nolva, could wait to be done with that stuff, it also murdered my libido!
