Horrible Cholesterol levels

GDF

Let me preface this by mentioning I did not fast the morning of my blood work so I don't know how much of an impact it could of had...... I just finished up about 8 weeks of Monsterdrol/Cyclotren/Dermacrine the day before my physical. I eat very clean and have always had decent cholesterol levels even though high cholesterol runs in my family. My HDL is 8, LDL is 199, Total is 239 and Cholesterol to HDL Ratio is 29.5. Needless to say my Dr. freaked and I am having it redone Monday morning and I will fast for this one. I will share my results of Mondays blood work sometime next week when I get it.

That is actually quite normal after running a non aromatizing oral. It will take a clean diet and a month or more for it to normalize. Be prepared to have an explaination for your doctor when the second test doesn't come back any better.

Just 20mg of anavar a day will knock my HDL in the single digits in no time, much less 8 weeks.

It's nothing to freak out about (of course the doctor doesn't know) but it shows why these things need to be cycled.

I told the Dr. that I was taking some stuff but he doesn't have any experience with this type of thing. I am not too concerned as I know it will normalize once I clear out. Thanks though, I appreciate the insight.

It's not much of a surprise. Not uplifting, but this is a common side effect. It should improve significantly over the next month.

HDL is not highly variable with fasting, typically. Triglyceride level is very much effected by fasting or not. You need to do 30 min cardio, 5 days week to boost HDL and return to normal quicker.

Convince your MD that you will make the changes and recheck it in 3 mos. Just tell him, you are not terribly surprised, and you will get a true baseline in 3 mos. You just don't want to get slapped with 'preexisting hyperlipidemia' down the road based on these values.

I just started my PCT today which will consist of Post Cycle, Unleashed and some HCG. I never got around to ordering Sustain again and had the HCG already. Will this hurt or help my levels? Since PCT will be at least a month long I will probably have to blood tests done a couple of times. I hope it improves quickly so I can get on my prop/tren/masteron cycle I had planned for the summer. Will Lipidstabil, I think its called, be worth getting?

8 weeks is a bit long for a double oral cycle. Add some primrose oil, apple pectin and policostonol.

Spy 320? That's no so great bro. Under 200 is the recommeded level.

Agree with Nelson, also add some Lipidstabil,I'm using it now!

I would also get sustain bro. Because it has resveratrol in it which is good for the cardiovascular health, which bad choleterol has a negative effect upon.

That is what red wine is for.......Yes I will order it, I have taken sustain twice already and like it a lot.

+ 1

Sustain does this and a lot more! Also, I would just wait on these blood tests. Do your pct and then wait a few more weeks. No reason to waste the time or money and get your doctor in a tizzy over another test that will only be marginally better at best.
