Hormone Question

New member
After doing 2 cycles of winny I have developed Hyperprolactanemia. It sucks!! Well, I have decided to go to an Endocronologist to have it taken care of because I just can't take it any more. For those of you that don't know.....This condition sort of tricks your body into thinking it is pregnant...so you have a lot of those sides....including storing fat to prepare itself to be pregnant. Anywho my question is.....and please no guesses........

I am on Anavar right now. If they do a blood work up will it effect my numbers on anything. Hormonally, prolactin, thyroid, etc?

Thanks,

Star,

Andy13 may be a good person to ask, also macro, both are fairly knowledgeable, although most guys here are mopre familiar with side guys get.

How heavy were your cycles??

BTW- can't believe you thought i was a kid. I thought I was making progress with you- LMAO!!!

Ps who diagnosed you??

I was diagnosed by two different doctors. It's frustrating because my body fights to hold fat. While for the normal person I am in great shape but for ME I am not at my greatest potential and this condition makes it near impossible to get there. Drives me nuts.

My cycles were average for a woman 1/2 cc every other day.

Have you tried anavar. Also I'm am not familiar with this condition, but the name implies elevated prolactin production. Is there a prolactin blocker?? How are your thyroid levels?? Might try Guggul to stabilize those, and possible some Triacanna.

Do you store fat in one or two areas- ie ass, and lower abs. Topical yohimbee may help as well.

I will ask a Dr. friend, and another pharmacist friend what they think.

Your assumption is right. Storage of fat in the glut region, legs. (I have a 6 pack). Causes mood swings etc. I am on Anavar right now. That is what I want to know that if I go to an endocronologist will it effect my test results.

hey star!

i'm not a doctor (nor do i play one on TV:) ), but from what i know, hyperprolactinemia (an excess secretion of prolactin probably due to a hypothalamic-pituatary problem) is usually associated with amenorrhea (cessation of menstration from menopause, pregnancy, lactation under normal conditions, otherwise a whole host of abnormal conditions can cause amenorrhea, usually hormonally related) with or without galactorrhea (excessive milk secretion of milk).

with that mouthful said, even though anavar is fairly mild, i would be very surprised if it didn't have a noticable effect on your labs for this conditiion, especially since things are already off kilter.

if it were me, i'd stop the anavar and get things back to normal before i did the another cycle.

if not, do you feel comfortable disclosing your anavar use to your doc?

whatever you do, good luck, and feel better.
