Apart from the seated rows and face pulls what horizontal pulling back exercices can I do?

My goal is to build scapular stability, rhomboids and trapezius rather than the lats
 
kelso rows and shrugs which are chest supported dbell rows/shrugs. set an incline bench at the lowest position and go to town.
