Ok, I just got a call from a number I didn't recognize at 3:05. I let it go to voicemail, a message was left, I just listened to it and its a recording saying, "this is a call from a (I couldn't make out what jail they said) inmate, to accept this call press 1, to deny this call press 2, to block all further calls from this number press 3".
