ya that would be a good preworkout snack if ur on a weightgain diet, off season, or bulking stage. that sounds really good im gonna try that on my cheat coming up this sunday, thanks for the idea
try taking 2 1/2 c of oats 1/2c of peanutbutter 1/2c of honey mix it together form into little balls put an a cookie sheet and stick them in your fridge. its a great way to get calories,protein and a good on the go snack.
