Homemade ECA stack dosage........

Actually all you need is a children's aspirin (86mg). If you have just 100mg aspirin, that's fine too. 325mg is a bit excessive for an ECA stack.

And I've read the perfect ratio is 20mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine, but I guess you can up the ephedrine to 25mg if you'd like. Just tellin you what I've read.

I use the 86mg low dose aspirin too; before that I quartered regular aspirin tablets.

i totally agree!

about the dosage of efedrine........

50mg miniumum per dose. no more than 2 doses a day.
 
I saw just once per day, I think a double dose prior to workout is more effective than 3 singles spread. Give's you a lil more ability to adapt (start with single dose) and u get the biggest rush for when you really need it. The appettie surpression usually last since workout til the rest of the day.


ohh wait second thought, i train AM.. may not want to if you train PM. half lifes and all.
 
would it hurt to take 3 times per day and then double the dose on the 3rd, 45mins prior to workout?

maybe double the cafffine..... i wouldnt up the ephedrine too much... ive heard people taking up to 50mg... but personally i would never go past 25mg in a single dose... maybe take 30mg eph, 300mg caff, 100mg asprin twice a day and see how that works
