I know everyone here has a smith machine and other heavy equipment but I'll recommend to you the stretch and press portable gym. I use it 2 to 4 times a day and I'm losing weight and gaining crazy muscles. I'll post before and after pictures jan 1st. then every 6 months after.

what would you suggest? I've used and tried different equipment over the last 20 years before and after military. but I've had this for a couple of months and loss 8 pounds I'm toning and building muscle faster then any other form of fitness training I've tried. and I look forward to using it because it's pretty easy on my joints.
I know there's a lot of products on the market and different products are for different people. I'm older and realize that hey look at me I'm bench 400 pounds don't do nothing for you but get you hurt. it's not about how much you lift, it's about working out on a consistence and daily bases. I'd bet you if you saw my tone you'd think I'm a member of the golds gym. I just found something that works for me and I was just sharing it with you.
No, I'm the one on house arrest. It's pretty sweet. lol. Actually I've been kicking more ass at home I think. I watch some pumping Iron for inspiration while hitting the weights. For the record... house arrest still sucks!
get some of those heavy tension rubber bands from an athletic store. 10 bucks and works way better than that bullshit door thing in that video. I would bone the girl in the video for sure though.
