I would replace the lat pull machine with a full set bands if I could only have three pieces of equipment.

I was counting those as accessories, along with bars and attachments. :D



My freakin shoulders are so pumped I can't type. Took me forever to get all this typed...

Ahhh...In that case then, I agree with your choices.:)

I was counting them as equipment. A full set can run almost as much as an inexpensive lat pull machine.

Well the top 2 WILL be (I'm getting it soon):

1. Power Rack

2. Adjustable Bench


I don't really need anything else that I don't count as an accessory...

I found out how to do makeshift reverse hyper using a power rack if anyone is interested. A couple things that I wouldn't mind having later on:

Calf raise machine, Pulley system, Glute-ham raise, Reverse Hyper, Roman Chair, Leg Press and Tru-Squat
