Hope it comes to fruition so the US can get their sorry butts out or the middle east
sadly, oil is the least of our concerns in the middle east
as long as their as a virulent strain of islamo-fascism in the middle east (which i foress not waning anytime soon) the usa will be invovled.
be thankfull we are doing your dirty work for you, "they" don't just dislike us, they dislike all infidels
and your country is chock full of them

I wonder what would happen if all the cars in the world ran on hydrogen. Isn't the byproduct just ordinary steam? Sounds environmentally friendly, but wouldn't that just create more rain clouds and make for rediculous humidity levels?

I've read it really doesn't take much power to generate sufficient electrolysis to free H. We actually already have enough commerical wind turnbines and PV arrays to make way more "green" hydrogen than our entire nation would need for personal transporation.

The one real problem right now is finding the lightest and smallest "tank" to hold the hydrogen or hydrogen precusor in automobiles. I think BMW has found a pretty good method IIRC, and Honda has a good one too. I think it's BMW that proposes carrying ammonia in the car tank (it's mostly hydrogen) and converting it on the fly like this water idea.

Domestic automakers and the petrol industry in general say the problem is lack of H distribution network, but that's pure bullshit. Massive amounts of H is already transported all around this country already.

Yeah - but it is still a matter of energy. It takes more energy from the electricity to make the H - and electricity is still more expensive than gasonline - Wind energy being one of the most expensive. Though green - not a $$ saver.

LOL You kill me .. You can buy the kits that come with a solar genreater . which fills your your tanks for free .. SO its green and totally free.. Read up on it its totally free

I think something needs to be cleared up here guys...........those kits you see being sold merely drop a little bit of this HHO stuff into the fuel stream. It's a 40% increase in fuel consumption "AT MOST". What Stan Meyer was doing, "IF" what he claimed was true............was that he devised an electrolysis scheme that allowed the Hydrogen and Oxygen bonds to be broken down with "seemingly" ALOT less energy. This is TOTALLY different than these kit's that are being sold on the net. That's NORMAL electrolysis. I watched another video last night where a guy was saying he thinks Meyer was playing around with high frequency's which is what set apart his electrolysis from others. Nobody knows for sure cause Meyers stuff "disappeared"........all his equipment and experiments were stolen after his death. It's possible he inadvertantly tapped "the field" as an energy source to help break down the H and O bonds. According to his brother, he was offered Bill Gates money to destroy his equipment and shut his mouth for life...........:whatever:

At first glance it doesn't look legit.........but scroll down to the youtube video and see the news piece that was done on this. The guy has a patent and got a deal with one of the U.S automakers. My suspicion as to why this hasn't been talked about more is that right now you can run a conversion for under $200 and no one really controls the technology........."yet". This would mean a huge profit loss for oil companies if this caught on.

again, just scroll down to the youtube imbed.......

Lol at that video's narrator saying that flame is hotter than the surface of the sun. Other than that this is pretty amazing news. I want to learn how.

I was wondering about that too. It's not the actual flame they're referring to, cause you could put your hand in it.........but it seems to react with non organic substances. It must be creating a reaction at the surface of those substances it was cutting through.........still doubt it get's as hot as the sun's surface though.
