Finally, after being stuck at 210 for months, I'm gaining! I'm up to 218 and rising. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who's helped me, this board rocks!

exactly. Once I passed 4000 calories a day, the scale just kept going up. Who knows, maybe after another year of this, I can start calling myself a body builder
