Holy Shit I just weighed myself

No I'm actually not to bloated, yet...just a good gain but you have to figure I had two year lay off of juice and all supplements but over those two years all I had to do was workout so now once I add the Juice plus the extra food protein etc...I just gained it real quick it would be great if every cycle ran like this....But we all know that wont happen

31 pounds in 4 weeks does not equate to lean gains, no way. congragulations but muscle does not grow that quick. i would guess you did not gain more than 5 pounds of muscle, if that. watch your blood pressure, your claiming you gained nearly 20% of your bodyweight in 4 weeks, the heart is feeling that weight shift. if your not using an ai and serm i'd look into it. without them your pct will be much harder. also remember that fat gained on bulk cycles has a good chance of being estrogenic in nature and difficult to lose. makes cutting much harder.

exactly. i would rather gain less weight and stay lean. putting on that much weight is too hard on the heart, and isn't worth it considering what a small percentage of it is muscle.
 
I never said it was all muscle I dont tend to get ripped that pic I have in my avatar is me a few weeks in the cycle and am currently up about 13 lbs from that pic..I wasnt looking to get pure muscle this time..I'm very good at being able to loose weight it's getting it on thats the problem so I'm just getting up there come the spring I go into a cut up cycle this is my plan as now...
