HOLY S**T, I just started PGF-2

Man, u guys weren't kidding about those side effects. I used 1/4cc in each tri, and within minutes I shit out everything in my stomach. Good thing I listened to u guys, cause I found a website that said to start at 1cc in each muscle and work your way up.

Now here is another question, if I put 1/4cc into each outer head of my tri's, should I put another 1/4 cc in the other part of my tri's or just wait till I hit tri's again?

If you can stand the sides, go for it. We can't tell you that you should do it or shouldn't do it... pgf2a is still relatively experimental. If you can stand the sides, go for it. I personally didn't get the spontaneous shits with it becasue I used pepto.

I would check out the iron room, they got some good info in there and alot of personal experiences from
vets. Also if you can handle the sides go for it. personally I cant handle the pain but the results are great in a very short period of time. You will have to do some experimenting around to see what works for you.

Have you ever tried pgf2a yourself? The pain is nothing like you would think. It is the feeling of an overtrained muscle the day after an extremly heavy workout day... its a very dull pain. I as well as several others who have used it, actualy like the "pain." Feels like you just had an awsome workout...

Are you talking about the inside of your arm? If so dont hit it it isnt safe. That is very densely filled with nerves and nerves hurt like a mother fucker. Stick with the tri/bi/delt/quad... Those are the only ones I have expierience with as far as site growth goes.

In case you missed it DO NOT INJECT ON THE INNER HEAD OF YOUR TRI!!!
 
Yes I have used it on a couple of occations, and I did not like the sides, I realize that everyone reacts different, that it doesnt bother some people as badly as other people. I personally could handle chest injections,but that was all. I got mine for bi's and tri's and could not hit them a few times a day, plus the difficulty breathing minutes after the injection didnt sit well with me. Aside from that I think the results are great
and undeniable.

No one can give you all the answers on this....it comes from a bit of experience. The only sound advie that can be given is to up the dosage slowly. You can inject into a site as often as you wish....the more you inject, the more you grow.

Long term effects at this time are unkown, so you venture into the void with the rest of us...fat burning...Yes! At the injection site, it is much quicker, but it will reduce it throughout the entire body at a slower rate as well....Hang in there Bro....

When I'd shoot tri's, I'd shoot first into the long head, second shot of the day lateral head, and third back in the long head. Even when I was shooting 1 cc each shot. That way, it gave the head I shot a little more recuperation time before I shot it again.
So instead of just doubling your dosage, if you want to hit both heads, I'd personally alternate.
But as Stew said, if you can stand it, go ahead.

Oh yeah... and it'll burn fat like a sonofabitch, man. I never shot sub-q and I lost over an inch on my waist. I personally wouldn't shoot the shit into my midsection... because I'd rather have the effect of muscle growth in my arms at the same time I'm burning off the fat.
May be a bit slower... but it does work.

Nobody really talks about diet on Pgf2, what should you be shooting for? High protein, low carbs? High Carbs high protein? What if you want the fat loss too?

Why can't I seem to find it anywhere? I've got sources for everything else imaginable, but can't find any PGF2A. Am I looking in the wrong places?
