Man, u guys weren't kidding about those side effects. I used 1/4cc in each tri, and within minutes I shit out everything in my stomach. Good thing I listened to u guys, cause I found a website that said to start at 1cc in each muscle and work your way up.
Now here is another question, if I put 1/4cc into each outer head of my tri's, should I put another 1/4 cc in the other part of my tri's or just wait till I hit tri's again?
