Holy Pump in my shoulders

I did not knwo that this post was gonna get this out of control! I dont compare myself to anyone but myself.. and those pics were taken last sept and november. I think my shuolders have gotten a little bigger since last november too. I wish my shoulders could get 3-4 times bigger, as long as everyother part of my grew proportionately bigger.. if they did, they were they would be the biggest in bodybuiling, I hope sumday to be a lot bigger, but that wasn't really my post

I just had an insanely awesome pump, and that was it, and i gave my routine for that day. I really dont see what all the drama is for. and i dont take offense to any of it. say what you want, im cool

I also appreciate the fact that, like me, you don't really understand what the drama's about. I understand some bros feel Debaser was being negative, but trying to answer that with ridicule, requests for his own pictures, etc. is certainly not improving things.

Could we please let that part of the thread go, before things get too heated? I haven't seen a thread locked for flaming in awhile; it'd be nice to keep it that way...

You totally misunderstood my post. I was basically telling him not to worry about the pump, and just worry about adding weight to the bar. "Who cares" was addressing this fact. Who cares about how big your pump is? I mean honestly, how many people here want to know how much you inflated your arms with blood on your training day? I'd rather hear about someone adding 20 lbs to their press, or discovering a productive training protocol; that way I'd be happy they were making progress. Pump does not equal progress.

If you think I could have addressed it more politely, then I'm sorry but THIS IS A HARDCORE TRAINING FORUM. Not a human resources conducted battered women's group therapy aquarobics session at Bally's. I say what I want to say and make my stand, I don't sugar coat it like I'm talking to a 12 year old girl. That's all that needs to be said on the matter-you either get it or you don't.
