Holy Pump in my shoulders

No, I have no pics right now. You misunderstand my logic. Here's how logic would apply here:

I have really only done presses for my shoulders. My press started at 55 lbs. Now that I've more than tripled this number, my shoulders have increased quite a bit in size. But if I was still at a much lower press, my shoulders would be smaller even if I did all kinds of pumping exercises, thus wasting my time.

Earthquake sized BUMP bro. Jkurl no need to hijack the guy's nuts becuase he spoke the truth. Debaser said 'no offence' if a post is prefaced in such a way I don't see how someone can get so worked up.

Perfect form and progressive poundages is what builds muscle (except in walkingbeast but he is a MUTANT :D ).

Some guys (not looking at jkurz :) ) need to understand that the pump means NOTHING,NADA,NIL,ZERO when it comes to building muscle. Think about it...according to your twisted logic it's in the PUMP UP room before a show that bodybuilders actually build muscle.

Little experiment for you boys to try at home:

Go into a crab most muscular and tense hard,holdin the contraction ..do this twenty times and then do the same thing with a concentration curl.. now look in the mirror.

1.are you pumped? yes

2.did you build any muscle? no
 
It's hardly constructive :D

Desbaser was imparting knowledge,helping to educate a guy who has complained that he is skinny and making slow progress. That's hardly a 'fuck you' which is totally unhelpful and not what debaser said/did
 
Did you miss his post or did I?? The dude said he's 230 and making progress, no? So why change what works? He's making PROGRESS!!!!!!

Also, Debaser countered with "who cares" which offers no constructive crisitism and sets the tone.........this isnt the first time he's thrashed someones style.........hey, diferrent strokes for different folks........you go out and train the Dorian style (1 set) and let him train like he wants.........until he says "can you help me with my routine?" then leave it alone......my point is, I'm tired of people thrashing one's workoput principles and force feeding theres....hey, if it works for you, fantastic........

he said he is making progress, whats to say that he hasnt also doubled or tripled the weight he started pressing? I agree completely with what you say about if you are putting up more and more weight every week then you will be bigger,hell, i never do isolation movements, the closest i come to one is cg benches, but the way you attacked him was unneccesary.

Yeah...so what? They would be three times that size if he did EXACTLY what Debaser says to do in all his posts........maybe even 4 times....and he would be leaner, more jacked, and getting more chicks........
