I bet if this post read: "I did standing OHPs for 2 sets w/ 230 lbs for 10 reps, and that's it." your shoulders would be tremendously bigger than they are now.
I don't see how it's really relevant, but right now 180 lbs for 5 reps, strict press with elbows in. I push explosively up (but with no leg drive, just shoulders) and have a 2-3 second eccentric.

do you have any pics? i would like to compare your shoulder development to that of sweeds, not because im insulting either one of your training methods, but according to your logic (which i am not saying is wrong in any way) your delts must be a lot bigger than his since you press 50lbs more. I just think it would be interesting to see...
