I think we know. Of course his shoulders would be bigger......and?

Some people like iso movements.
 
Those are excellent weights for those excersises, standing overheads are much harder then seated for me atleast.
 
was a bit uncallled for but glad no one took offense, glad to see you had a good workout and awesome gains..... after all thats whats important.......

I don't see how it's really relevant, but right now 180 lbs for 5 reps, strict press with elbows in. I push explosively up (but with no leg drive, just shoulders) and have a 2-3 second eccentric.

do you have any pics? i would like to compare your shoulder development to that of sweeds, not because im insulting either one of your training methods, but according to your logic (which i am not saying is wrong in any way) your delts must be a lot bigger than his since you press 50lbs more. I just think it would be interesting to see...
