I havent done legs for over a month, my sprained knee was bothering me so bad, anyways i got some knee wraps and a nice brace from the trainer at the campus. Didn't feel anything! Plus i broke all my prs by landslides. Squated 435lbs 12 reps, lex extension, i maxeed the machine out for 5 sets of 20 reps, leg curl, i maxed the machine out for 15 reps 5 sets, and maxe dout the leg press for 25 reps 5 sets. Im not even sore today, just a lil tenderness in my quads from wed injection but thats it. Cheerio!
