Wow! I never was taught how to deadlift properly, but I kind of just discovered what I was doing wrong which allowed me to lift 95+ more than I normally did! I was doing 160 for 12-15 reps, and my back kept feeling like it was getting pinched. I never realized that the shoulders go over the bar. No wonder I sliced my shins up trying to keep them behind and thought I could only do conventional deadlifts!
DC style training, and today I just did 255 for 11 reps.
I feel like a moron. At least I know how to deadlift now!
