So today I am in the gym... squat, squat, squatting away, minding my own business when in walks this guy who is the epitome of those that should be pwned by cameraphone documentation for curling in the rack...
First off, let me say that we have some pretty nice racks where I lift...

They are sweet for squatting or doing olympic lifts. Got the nice wood flooring to stand on, plus the rubber matting on the sides. Plus, they have some nice olympic bumper plates to use (not ivanko, but similar)...
Anyway, so in comes this dude. And do be honest, half of the weak asses in the gym would probably juice to look like this guy... Decent arms, shoulders... Calves. Couldn't really lift for shit, but he looked like he could and about 205-215.
Anyways, the guy sets up the trays, puts a straight bar on it, and proceeds to put a 10lb olympic bumper plate on each side, and starts curling! I am like WTF, not only are you curling 65lbs in the rack but you are using bumper plates!!!! Dude steps it up to 25s on each side (for a whopping 95lbs), puts on a BELT and toughs out a few serious reps for the next few sets...
In case you are curios, the rest of his workout consisted of pushpress with the bar and 10lb bumpers again (I will excuse his use of the rack here)... Pushdowns, and some behind the back wrist curls, again in the rack!
