Im almost 26, 240 lbs, 6'7 and have been lifting for 2 years now. My diet has been very acute, but now it's time to throw it out the window.
Monday I have started a new bulk diet/cycle/training program.
Dbols- 4 10mg pills a day 2 hrs before workout.
Sust 250- 1cc mon/wed/fri 750mgs per week for 10 weeks
Tren e 200- 200mgs per week for 4 weeks than doubled for second 4 weeks
Deca 250- 250 mgs per week for 4 weeks than doubled for last 4 weeks
-ending last 2 weeks of cycle with 750 mgs of test only
Training with a heavy 5x5 routine, and I'm gonna start eating like the fucking Italian stallion I am, and worry about shedding the bf the next 3 months.
