HollywoodSwole New member Oct 10, 2008 #32 Yesterday: Wrecked shop on my legs, but i threw in some extra sets, and I was too burned out to do my abs. Diet was clean. Gonna do back/traps/bis/etc tonight if I don't go out of town.
