i'm on some liquid letro right now, at 2.5mg/day, I''mreally sensitive to estrogen, and the letro is doing its job, i'm taking 1 g test and 700mg eq/week, w/ 30mg dbol. i'm also using aifm at 4 pumps/day. all of that is keeping me really dry, no bloating at all, i would start the letro at the same time that you start your cycle, as far as libido issues, the letro hasn't affected me at all, but you could use proviron, or add in some test if its not in your planned cycle, never tried dostinex yet, but i'm sure it would help if you used it in conjunction with the letro

nah, 2 shots of tren gave me gyno about the size of a grape on my right and half of that on my left. Nothing worked for it :p..

Thats a hughe mirko cro cop in you avatar alcatraz.

Hearing alot about AIFM for keeping at gyno at bay but believe letro to be stronger. When i'm on cycle my nips are usually always sensitive. There even a bit sensitive lately and I haven't been on for 3 or so months now... hmmm.. Wonder why that is. Oh well i'm gonna use some AIFM at 1 pump a day from now on when Im off.

It really depends how much you are using.. definitely dont take more than 2mg a day

i'm running it now during cycle as my AI and had some slight gyno in the beginning with the dbols i was taking......i bumped it up to 1.8mg along with 40mg of nolva and every trace of gyno is gone.

i tappered the nolva gone and knocked the letro back down to 1.25mg/ed and everything is okey-dokey,

Is This True About Letro?

Currently on a Deca and Anavar cycle. Kickstarted the cycle with Anavar for first 3 weeks (and will end last 2 weeks). Have been running Deca @ 450 mg/week for 5 weeks, and was planning on running 12 weeks total.

Began noticing sore and swollen nipples two days ago. Never had prolactin gyno before but have had bad estrogen related. I took Letro for several weeks on previous cycle and estrogen gyno finally went away after stopping cycle. I still have a lot of Letro/Femara on hand, but currently no Dostinex or Bromo.

I have read on another forum that Letro/Femara is probably the only product that can help with either type of gyno. Any experience or truth that supports Letro eliminating or reducing hyperprolactinemia? Before purchasing Dostinex, which we all know is expensive, I was hoping to see if the Letro I have could help me out first.......

Yes it may help. It's a poor choice though because it's very little help for prolactin.

so then bromo would be a good option for gyno elimination? over letro. I thought letro was more for keeping bloat down during a cycle and bromo is something you'd use if you had gyno symptoms.

ALL aromatase inhibitors will help if the issue is related to endogenous conversion of testosterone to estrogen. If it related to exogenous progestins or their impact on the endocrine system, they will have some but usually minimal impact.

seligilene isnt actually used to combat prolactin gyno, it can just help prevent hyperprolacti bla bla.. sprayin milk from your nipples.. right? or can it actually help reverse gyno from prolactin/progesterone

i have some probably underdosed cabergoline from a research chem lab.. but i saw that study linking cabergoline to heart problems.. which makes me not want to use it..

does bromo doesnt have any of the same active ingredients that might link it to heart issues.. does it?
 
letro really works

man, I had no idea how much letro really suppressed estrogen, I just finished my 4th week of dbol at 40 mg/day and started winny at 45 mg/day. I thought I could drop the letro at 2.5mg/day and start adex at 1mg/day.
well, i tried this, and within 3 days of stopping the letro and switching to adex, I went from 208 to 215. Man, all my vascularity and hardness was gone, and my nips started hurting and getting a little puffy again, I switched back to letro 2 days ago, and am waiting to drop this water i'm holding. I'm just real sensitive to estro i guess. I think it was kindof a rebound effect from stopping the letro, what do you think?

my fault, I didn't list the rest of my current cycle, I'm running 1 gram test/week with 800mg of Eq/week , 45 mg winny/day, 25mg proviron/day. I'm just wondering when I go off next month, do you think I need to taper off the letro to avoid such a rebound? or just run the letro for a couple of weeks after my last shot ?(which will be long ester test and eq)

hey bros, I'm getting ready to start my pct next month, and was wondering, for how long should I keep taking the letro after my last inject of sustonon and eq? My current cycle: 1 gram sustonon and 800mg eq/week, 50 mg winny/day. I plan on running the winny for about 10 days after my last inject of test/eq. MY pct will consist of hcg at 500 iu eod for 2 weeks, then clomid at 100 mg/day for 2weeks, then 50 mg/day for 2 weeks. I was planning on using adex at 1mg/day duing pct.

dude dont do 2.5 ythats alot man everyone told me start off with .5 EOD and see how u can handle that u should do the same I see you got alot of karma so maybe u kno that u might need 2.5 just for how u react but I was thinking maybe u never did it so Idk.

Some people need that much letro. I am on 800mg test e a week currently + 50mg winny daily. I was running 150 prop EOD for 6 weeks first. I was using up to 6 sprays a day of AIFM and could not get my gyno under control. Started @ 1.25 letro for 2 days and then went to 2.5 ED Letro along with 2-3 sprays of aifm daily. Im 5 days into the ltro and the gyno is almost gone. I had soft lumps under both and one is just about gone and the other is on its way. My question is should I lower the letro once its totally gone to 1.25 daily? My libido is a little less then it was but still more then adequate. Still plenty to go 2-3 times daily. Last time I used AIFM it was enough, this time it wasnt. Dose is higher this time though.

i would taper down on the letro due to the fact that there is a rebound effect and your estrogen could come back twice as strong

You could just switch from letro to either AIFM or aromasin for PCT. Drop the letro on the day you begin the other. Adex can lead to a rebound effect but the other two shouldn't.

Too much letro?

Is 1.25mg letro EOD too much for a cycle of 800mg test and 50mg dbol? I want to control my estro levels, but don't want them dangerously low.

it should be okay eod...i ran it like that did not have any libido problems...well i cant lie ..i had a little but hard to notice...i just throw in some proviron and it was gone

Yup letro is hardcore mang lol but I love it. I am using half tha tdose and having no problems with bloat while running test e 800mg ew, plus a lot more shit. I would half it. And add in some Proviron to up your libido.

depends on the person.

for most people 1.25mg ED would be advisable for that cycle. some may need 2.5mgED

others can get by with .5mg ED.

ED dosing is preferable to maintain blood levels and to find the right dosing. You can dose EOD, though it can be harder to find the "right" dose.

you can start low and increase or start in the middle (1.25mg ED) and work either up or down from there.

Start out w/ 1.25mg ed. and increase if needed to a dosage of 2.5mg ed. No need to go any higher than that.

it's strong shit, use either letro OR AIFM, not both. letro by far the strongest and will get rid of gyno and gyno like symptoms. i am gyno prone and i only started w/ .5ED last cycle, SLOWWWWLY ramping up to 2.25ED for a few weeks. when i use again, i will not use more than 1mgED though, can cause joint pain after awhile, good idea to start w/ some gluc. and chond. for joint health too. proviron also since letro can kill sex drive in some...
