I have been training for about 4 years, lifting for as long as I can remember.
I think I have hit a plateau as far as my weight is concerned. I have been experimenting with my diet and training(HIIT style, 5x5, Circuit Training) but I have yet to gain any real weight. My strength is still increasing but my weight seems to stay constant.
I doubt i have finished my growth in height even though I have not grown for a year or so, but I am still hesitant to start a test based cycle. However I am very interested in competing and hopefully in the future making it past the amateur level.
This may seem arbitrary BUT:
Are there any forms of AS that would NOT close the growth plates? Or should I wait it out naturally?
