Hip Flexibility and Strength

Anybody got any recommendations for improving hip strength and flexibility?

the only two exercises outside of box squats I have done to help with hip strength is overhead squats and kneeling squats. both which I think are very direct at hitting the area.

exercises and stretches would be appreciated. my squat stance is as wide as possible and I want them deep!

Depending on what you're willing to do, there are a lot of compound moves that hit them hard. You can move your hip two ways: you can pull them from the front or push them from the back. Dimel deadlifts and goodmornings will do the trick nicely, along with any ATF oly move, especially in a wide stance.
