highland games in Arkansas

Does anyone know anything about the Highland Games held in Batesville, Ark. ? It's held in April, this year it will be on the 23-25.
I was curious if it was worth going to. It would probably be a 4-5 hour drive for me, so I'm trying to scout it out, see if anyones been before.

Where are you located? I know there is a competition being held in the Nashville area in October, if that's any closer.

In the Hospitality State, the Magnolia State, the home of William Faulkner and Elvis Presley, BB King and Ross Barnett.

Mississippi.

Nashville is about 6 hours away. When in Oct.?

thats the same weekend as my meet. i wouldve liked to go watch that. they have them once a yr?

I'm not sure how often they have them... but I considered competing in this one for a bit.. powerlifting wins out instead.
