Yea I know this is kinda gross, actually really gross, but this diet has fucked up my shit schedule. Like sometimes itll be so hard to crap ill have to wait til later, otehr times itll be like water, is there anyway to prevent this or does it happen to everyone?

on my ckd, I shit about every 3-4 days... thats with bi-daily psyllium supplementation too =/

Jeremys are you taking psyllium husk fiber? or any fiber?

i used to get diarhea nonstop... but i added fiber to my diet and all was cured. I still get it once in a while, but nothing to be alarmed about.

i am laking fiber... maybe ill try to remedy that.... whats a good high fiber, low carb food?

I take 3 fiber pills with my 5th meal (usually supper) - then I go in the am regularly. Without the pills, I don't but the only pills that work for me are fiber-sol that I get from dpsnutrition.

I would evaluate your fat sources and also make sure to get a minimum of 16 grams fiber a day. I find I am regular everyday if I hit about 20 grams fiber a day. Kroger Brand Metamucil like stuff is only like 7.99 for 120 teaspoons (and only like 1.2 carbs per 3.2 grams fiber)

kinda off topic but when I first started using Creatine, my body got totally screwed up. I shited non-stop had pain and gas like no tomorrow. I knew Creatine intial stages causes it, but this was getting rediculous.

I finally went the the doctor, and after she stuck her finger up my butt and took a blood sample, whe was stumped. I told her what supplements I was taking and everything, but she had no clue as to what these supplements were or what they were used for, dumb bitch....ahem anyways, I was supposed to give a stool sample, but wouldnt you know it, it got better the next day. But I'll tell you what, that 2 weeks was hell. Anyways thats my caca story. =)

wouldn't having much fiber keep you out of/bump you out of ketosis? i barely, just barely, stay under 20g carbs a day as it is

Fiber by definition is undigestable by the body, and does not/should not have an effect on blood glucose.

ok i'm completely ignorant about fiber

i was thinking dietary fiber, a type of carb...yeah
