High GI foods

Trying to figure out if a few things I've been eating on my carb-up are really high GI.

Some of the things are:

1) Grilled ham and cheese (2slices white bread, 2 slices fat free cheese..5g protein 2g carbs, 2 slices fat free ham..10g protein)
2) Lowfat IceCream sandwhich (24g carbs, 2 g fiber, 5g protein, 2g fat)
3) Bagel with fat free cream cheese
4) Soft Pretzel (36g carb, 2g fiber, 6g protein, 1g fat)
5) Healthy Choice pizza (58g carbs, 8g fiber, 5g fat, 20g protein)

Are these acceptable for my high GI meals?

Yikes, none of that is high-GI huh?

Could you name a few things that are high GI?.....would rather chew on it rather then drink it (dextrose).

what happens when u mix fiber + fatz?

when you mix in fiber and fat it slows down digestion, thus lower the insulin spike.

That scale is confusing. it list french fries at 107,a nd Donuts at 108.....well aren't they fried? They should be high GI then with the high fat content right?

On my high GI meals, whats should I shoot for....100 and better on the GI scale? And on the low GI foods, shoot for 80 or lower?

I think I may just stick to Cream of Wheat for my high GI meals...it's listed as 100 on the GI scale. I'll eat that and maybe add a little maple syrup in it (not sure if that has high fructose corn syrup in it though).
