High estrogen or anavar causing lethargy??

Zergling

Hi guys

I'm busy running a cycle

100mg testosterone prop eod
.5mg arimidex eod
40mg anavar ed

and my lethargy is insane. I can't even get through a workout, no motivation to train at all, just feel like i cant get warmed up no matter what I do.

I'm consider either
a) Dropping the var altogether.
b) Modifying the a-dex dosage.

I got my estrogen levels checked. Oestrediol is 166, with normal range 28 - 156. This is on Arimidex 0.5mg EOD.

What could be causing this lethargy? High estrogen, the anavar...?

Var made me lathargic. I was starting to think I didn't actually have var. This is my second run and no lethargy yet. This time I'm running the same dose with all the support sups I'd run with a pro hormones.

I am by no means an expert, But the High Levels of estrogen shouldn't be affecting your Energy Levels. Its quite the Contrary the lower your estrogen levels the Harder the impact on Fatigue... I would have to say it might be the Anavar running you down as it's a common side effect of the AAS. Tweak with your cycle to see which is the culprit and then adjust accordingly. Possibly reduce your anavar by 10 mg and see if you feel any difference over the next few days; If you have no luck then adjust your arim dosage and see if that affects you in any possible way. If you don't get any positive feedback from either, your diet is most likely the culprit. Make sure your ingesting enough carbohydrates to sustain your energy levels and recover from bouts at the gym.

Best of Luck!

I've frequently felt fatigued from orals - especially Dbol. I want to take a nap all the time on that stuff.

Just a side effect you might be sensitive to. You know for sure it's legit var?

When i get like that i take a 200mg No Doz and 1/2 cup of N2Kts,a shot of vitamin B12 works wonders.
