if you take creatine with 32 grams of carbs all in the form of sugar after your workout will your body still be able to be in ketosis? or should i be on regular micronized creatine?

That will prolly knock you out. CKD is supposed to be <20 carbs per day. And even you eat 20 carbs, all at once, that will probably knock you out.

Stick to pure creatine monohydrate or CEE. Try to avoid spikes in your insulin. Your question is a bit difficult to respond to. Yes, bearing a depletion in glycogen you can still be in keto, but it differs from person to person. I wouldn't take that much sugar. Then again, I've seen cases where aspartame have knocked people out of keto :o

Over on c-k-d.com they like to take 20-30g of sugars after flifting with a PWO shake. If you are sufficiently carb depleted then most of thos carbs should go straight into your muscles. You might kick out of ketosis for a short time but should easily be back in a couple hours. Depends on how easily you get into ketosis...some people really need to work at it, others can go in and out easily.

Agreed........it depends alot on insulin sensitivity. I was speaking in general terms in my earlier post.

You can use ketostix and experiment, see what knocks you out and what doesn't, and go from there.
