I need a recipe for a very high calorie shake, often times i'm on the go..and also have a hard time stomaching a ton of food...recently i read one on the boards, it was something like
2 cups milk
1 or 2 scoops protein powder
4 tbsp peanut butter
1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup oats
or something like that, adding up to like 800 calories...if anyone has a link to that, it would help to know the exact recipe...or is there a better one that anyone here uses when they need a bunch of calories quick?
On a side note, is olive oil okay to put in? I see that it adds 240 cals with just 2 TBSP but its all fat...is this aright? I'm assuming it's all good fat...then again, explain if you can how there is a good fat. sorry for all the questions, but any responses will be appreciated.
