I was doing box squats today on a high box (21"). The weights were going up easy, so I went all the way to 405. When the weight got heavy, I didn't sit back far enough, and my knees went too far forward.

When I was using lighter weights, my form was better. I just wanted to see what it was like to have 405 on my back
