high blood pressure

Stainless_Steel said:
what if your heart beats 100-110 bpm? When I am on ECA stack or clen it gets this bad sometimes. Thats about 2-3 hours after working out though. I need to go check it now and see what it is resting. So whats the high limit? of heart beats per mins that is.

Mine can stay elevated for a couple hours after working out, but it shouldn't stay that high for so long.

I'm on 100mg of ephedrine/800mg caffeine a day... it's been 5-6 hours since my last dose and my heartbeat is perfectly normal. Still feeling hot though.

If you're in ok shape, your resting heart rate shouldn't be above 80.

if you like corvettes go to a corvette fourm or mustang or what ever your intrests are.dont go to one that you dont like. no???? my blood pressure gets high but also gets real high when eating a big steak with alot of salt

Id like to chime in on this post. I came here to learn about gear after being offered some and was almost ready to jump in. This board did nothing but steer me (and many others for that matter) from using. I have enjoyed the diet doard and have lost close to 15 pound by eating 5-6 small healthy meals a day. I use to get mad when I would see every post regarding newbies starting off as this " If have you havent been working out for 5-7 years, down to at least 10-12% body fat, at least 23 years old no longer expierencing then FORGET about gear. Why would a gear board be so anit-gear? Ill tell you why. The regular posters on this board believe in responsible use not abuse. Sure some people have already made up there mind and will do gear regardless but they didnt encouraged by this board to make poor decisions. I may use some day but not after getting in good shape on my own first and a lot of thought. I would like to help heal some injuries that have been keeping me from getting from getting started excersizing like I would like. We live in an instomatic world and sometines one cannot wait like we should. Im 26 so I done growing and I know now to get blood work before thinking about going ON and know about PCT which none of the knuckle heads I know who are on now have even heard of. Thats the end of my rant. As you can tell this rant was more for myself than this post but hey I been surfing this place for 2 months everday so I had to let loose. Thanks for everything EF!

I don't quite get it... are you glad that you were steered away from doing steroids, or are you being sarcastic?

I think he is being sincere. He didn't jump right into juice, and he seems to have genuinely learned about the importance of diet.

My heartrate has always been high. Every time it's been measured from a little kid on up, that I can remember, it's in the lower to mid 80's. Even when I weighed 112lbs and ran 5miles a day on the cross-country team, my resting heartrate was only about 72. I never got a low heartrate. I'm smaller in stature than most guys so I know that's part of it, but also, individual heartrates vary quite a bit. 72 is no longer considered "normal", normal is a range now. Mine, at 82-84, is normal for me. Even doing high intensity workouts, sprints, etc, my HR never goes above 160, I am in good cardio shape, I just have a naturally higher resting HR. Does gear have any effect on this? No. And does this mean I'm going to die sooner? I really don't think so. Actually smaller specimens of the same species tend to live longer, so I'll be jacked AND still outlive all you tall fuckers, THEN we'll see who's got the last laugh :D

HR doesn't go above 160 even when doing sprints? After heavy deadlifts, mine goes around 220. Maybe I just have a very big heart:)

Well I'm short, and I'm white, so you KNOW I'm slow as hell lol. I used to be good at long-distance, but my sprint was about 1mph faster than my normal running speed. After a set of 10-12 heavy squats, ass to ankles, I'll see spots and be dizzy for 10-15 seconds sometimes, but my heartrate is usually no higher than 150-160. Either that, or I'm so out of it that I can't count accurately by that point. That could be it too :)

LMAO... sprint 1mph faster than normal running speed.

It's sad but true. People would always be breaking into a sprint at the end of a race, and wondering why I wasn't. I'd tell them, "I DID break into a sprint... that WAS my sprint lol". I had a slow-ass sprint speed, but pretty fast running pace. Did 5k's in just over 18 minutes. Be lucky if I could do ONE 7 minute mile without dying now though hehe.
