High Octane Cardio- What Do You Think???
Guys, I was thinking of adding High Octane Cardio to my training program in my quest to reach 7-8% bodyfat. Here's what I had in mind- Jump Rope for 60 seconds and immediately do a set of light Dumbbell Squats for 10-15 reps. Now, that will count as one set. Take a 60 second rest and start over again. Starting out, I'm shooting to complete 7-10 sets all done in the AM on my off days separate from weight training. What do you think?
