High Octane Cardio- What Do You Think???

Guys, I was thinking of adding High Octane Cardio to my training program in my quest to reach 7-8% bodyfat. Here's what I had in mind- Jump Rope for 60 seconds and immediately do a set of light Dumbbell Squats for 10-15 reps. Now, that will count as one set. Take a 60 second rest and start over again. Starting out, I'm shooting to complete 7-10 sets all done in the AM on my off days separate from weight training. What do you think? The entire article is at www.testosterone.net issue 244 in case you're interested.

I thought about doing something similar to this routine. What is a 'light set' though? I don't know the meaning of a 'light set'.

When I say "light", I mean exactly that. Something that won't tax me too much or prevent me from completing the cardio session. This would be an example- Jump Rope for 60 seconds then do a set of Dumbbell Squats with 100+lb Dumbbells. Now this wouldn't be too smart. I'm thinking something on the lines of this- Jump Rope for 60 seconds then do a set of 10-20 reps with 40-50lb Dumbbells. You'll be breathing hard, but not to the point of over-exertion.

Sounds pretty intense. I have no opinion on the routine itself since unlike most women I have NEVER done even 2 seconds worth of cardio work. You should experiment with it. If your results are good I'm sure the guys here will pick it up.

For me cardio is cardio and the more the better when cutting, the most important aspect is how intense your cardio is, and do you enjoy it?

I like to add clen to my cardio, no matter what gear I am on if I am cutting

Solidspine, I'm going to use Ephedrine HCL, Caffeine, and L-Tyrosine about 30-45 minutes before my cardio session. L-Tyrosine is supposed to increase the effectiveness of the two.
