hi everyone.. im new here.. just a intro... im 15 m from singapore... i started bodybuilding 1 year ago. i need some help here. im 1.61m and 51.5 kg. BMI is 19.87. I cant get excess to any gyms as its either too expensive or im underage. however, i have a 5kg metal dumbbell (6 kg if including the rod) and a pair of 4 kg rubber dumbbell. For the past one year i have been training with the metal dumbell everyday until i found out about 3 months ago that its bad to do that. i bought my rubber dumbbells after that and started training 3 days a week. The thing is that i cant get any bigger or stronger. My diets is 3 meals a day (sometimes 2). I eat GNC pro performance amino 1000 pills and zinc pills as my supplements. I also drink about half a carton of chocolate milk a day. is there any problems with my diet. Also, I feel this piece of fat in my stomach area. Though it issit so big but i can sqeeze it out easily. Not really out but just showing it. Can anyone give me any advice? my arms is at a pertatic 28cm in cercumfrance when flexed.
