17-18%

start lifting weights NOW. the younger you start the better. build up muscle memory so that later on in your 30's you won't be starting from scratch. it takes time to build muscle so start right away

Will do cheers man :-)

i was going to say about 15 -16... you could drop this fairly quickly though with a good diet and doing cardio and higher rep high intensity weight training... clean up your diet and start developing a strong work ethic...

I'd probably say around 20% body fat as well.

Body weight exercises will help you out but you a litte bit but you really need to be lifting heavy weights with high intensity to build muscle and drop fat. Of course Diet is the biggest factor as well. Start eating lean protein sources, complex carbs and good fats and you will be well on your way to acheiving your results in a few weeks!

I actually read a really good review of Vince Del Montes - No Nonsense guide to Muscle building on Fitnessandmusclereviews.com and was thinking about implementing some of his techniques into my own routine. Maybe you';d be interested in checking it out.

All the best!
