that great, and no worries. i really have gotten off track alot especially during that long extended holiday vacation thus no progress. i took the pic in my avi yesterday, hoping to look alot better in few more months. i'm feeling optimistic.

and i tried...to eat clean that is, but its super hard, no impossible to do so when your with my family.
